Salon Policies – Please Read Before Booking Arrival Time: All new clients must arrive at least 10 minutes early to their first appointment to complete required consent forms. Arriving late may affect the time and quality of your service. Cancellations: We understand life happens—but if you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge for the full service amount, as that time was reserved specifically for you and cannot be filled last-minute. No Call / No Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us in advance, your card will be charged 100% of the service total. This policy is in place because that time was exclusively reserved for you. When a client doesn’t show up without notice, it leaves a gap in the schedule that cannot be filled on short notice—resulting in lost time and income. Out of respect for our time and other clients waiting for appointments, we kindly ask that you communicate in advance if you are unable to make it. We truly value and appreciate every client, and this policy helps keep our schedule running smoothly and fairly for everyone. Late Arrivals: There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may either: • Be charged an inconvenience fee, or • Be refused service and required to pay the full service amount. Please note: Depending on the service booked and the time remaining, we may not be able to complete your appointment without impacting the next client. If we are unable to perform your service due to excessive lateness, you will still be charged in full. Deposit Policy A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your designated appointment slot.
